Customize your Help Center

Tailor your Help Center to reflect your brand and domain preferences - from setting up a custom URL, to adding your logo and brand colors, or your own analytics scripts.

Domains

By default, every new Help Center is assigned a support.site domain. This is perfect for previewing your setup.

  1. Go to Help Center → Domains

  2. Claim your support.site subdomain ( yourcompany.support.site)

  3. Or, follow the instructions to configure a custom domain via DNS

Branding

You can style your Help Center to match your brand under Help Center → Appearance.

From there, you can configure:

  • Logo

  • Favicon

  • AI agent avatar (used in Ask AI)

  • Default social preview image

  • Primary brand color - we'll generate a full color scale based on this

Your Help Center will automatically apply your brand's look and feel across all pages.

Custom scripts

To add analytics or other custom scripts to your Help Center:

  1. Go to Help Center → General

  2. Find the Custom code section

You can add scripts to both the <head> and <body> of every Help Center page, depending on your requirements.

This is useful for:

  • Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment)

  • Chat widgets

  • A/B testing tools

  • Custom tracking
