Generate a help center article from a support request
Open any support request in Plain.
Press
Cmd + K
(orCtrl + K
on Windows).Type "Generate help center article" and select it.
Choose the Help Center you want to publish to.
You’ll be taken to your Knowledge Base, and the article will begin generating automatically.
Edit and publish with AI
Once the article is generated:
Highlight any text you'd like to improve.
Click the ✨ icon to edit with AI.
Make changes until you're happy with the result.
Publish when you're ready.
