Our pricing explained

Whether you’re just getting started or scaling support across your company, our plans are designed to help you move fast, stay collaborative, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

All plans are billed monthly or annually (10% saving on annual) and include a free 14‑day trial – no credit card required.

Viewer seats are free across all plans, allowing you to invite your entire team to Plain to increase visibility on questions from customers.

Launch

Best for: Early-stage companies with less than 10 people. Whether you're a founder setting up your first real support tool or a GTM team needing to control how you work in Slack, our Launch plan is great for teams that need a bit of structure, without advanced configuration.

Includes:

  • Up to 5 user seats

  • Channels: Slack (up to 25 channels), Email (2 addresses), Live chat and in‑app form

  • Integrations with Linear and Jira

  • Customer cards

Grow

Best for: Companies who have recently established a dedicated Support or Success function and need stronger collaboration and structured workflows. Our Grow plan is ideal if you're starting to mature the way you do support, including rolling out Tiers and SLAs, escalation flows, and managing support across multiple channels.

Includes everything in Launch, plus:

  • Up to 10 user seats

  • Channels: Unlimited Slack channels and up to 10 email addresses, as well as Discord and access to our headless support portal.

  • Workflow: Advanced workflow rules, Business hours and SLAs, Slack Discussions

  • Team-level reporting

  • Access to Plain's AI-powered Help Center

Scale

Best for: Large support organizations or enterprise teams that need customization, extensibility, and strategic onboarding. This plan is best suited for scaling B2B companies that want to align support with engineering, sales, or product teams and are looking for native integrations and deep insights on your support volume.

Includes everything in Grow, plus:

  • Volume-based seat or org-wide pricing

  • Channels: Unlimited Slack channels and API access, 25+ email addresses, custom channels, and Microsoft Teams

  • AI-powered suggested responses

  • Product insights reporting

  • Concierge onboarding
