With team reporting, you can monitor key metrics for their entire team and individual team members to better understand support efficiency.
How to Access Team Reporting
Go to Reporting in the left-hand sidebar
Click the Team Reporting button at the top of the page
Only workspace owners and admins have access to Team Reporting.
What You’ll See
Team Overview
A high-level summary of how your team is performing overall – including key trends in volume, response times, and resolution times.
Individual Metrics
Drill into each team member’s activity to understand:
Threads handled
First response times
Resolution times
Customer wait times
SLA performance
AI Agent Metrics
Machine users (like Plain’s AI agent) also appear in your reporting – allowing you to:
Measure the volume of support handled by automation
Compare AI vs. human response time and resolution
Understand how AI is contributing to queue health and efficiency
