Connecting your issue tracker to your Plain workspace helps you to track bugs, log feature requests, and follow through with customers automatically.
Note: All Issue Tracker integrations – including Linear, Jira, and Shortcut – are available on all pricing plans: Launch, Grow, and Scale.
Key Capabilities
Auto-update status – when a linked issue is completed or cancelled, the thread is automatically moved to Close the loop.
Track Product Insights – view top customer requests, see which accounts requested them, and break down by tier or request volume.
Company-level breakdowns – see which customers requested what, sorted by tier and request volume
Linear
How it works
Link a Linear issue directly from the thread sidebar or by pressing

Use Linear templates when creating new issues – ensure every bug or request is formatted consistently
Customer Requests – if supported by your Linear workspace, Plain automatically creates Linear Customers and Customer Requests using the company domain
If disabled, we’ll still create them quietly in the background – so they’re ready if you enable the feature later
