Keep, Inkeep’s support copilot, is available via API in Plain. With its Smart Assist mode, it analyzes the thread you're viewing and generates intelligent, context-aware suggestions to keep the conversation moving.

What You Can Do with Keep

Smart Assist provides live suggestions based on the current thread. These may include:

• Draft Answers – suggested replies you can send as-is or edit

• Quick Links – relevant docs, past support requests, or Slack threads

• Summaries & To-Dos – concise summaries of long threads and follow-up items

• Other Insights – quick replies, sentiment analysis, or reminders

Keep is fully conversational – you can ask it to refine, clarify, or expand responses as needed.
